spotting B4 AF
what does it mean when you spot for 2 days before you actually get AF. I know that the spotting is usually left over from your last AF, and I also remember people saying that happens to them. does anyone know how to correct the problem. just wondering if it is bad and if i have to correct it.

I just had that. I dont know if there is anything to do to correct it. Just another crappy thing we have to deal with from month to month.

Actually it may be a progesterone deficiency. You canb try taking a B complex-I started and the next month did not have any spotting since then
