spotting during ovulation?

I posted a question yesterday about my cousin. She is 6 months pp and thought she may have implantation bleeding. She took an frer that was negative then took a digital opk last night that came up positive. She had light spotting for2 hours for the past 2 days when she wiped. Today she is full on spotting. She is afraid something is wrong.This id her first cycle since giving birth (ebf). Anybody familiar with this?

Yes it's a sign of ovulation. It can also be a cyst or endometrioma.

Eta, if ovulation it might not be that much spottng. Mine was always light and once, not for days.

If its her first cycle it can just be wonky.
