Spotting turned to bleeding....
So I have a subcordial hemorhage and a I know a few other women on this board have that as well. I have a consistant amount of brown blood spotting everytime I wipe but this time the blood was bright red and quite a bit of it -- like the start of my period. Do you think that is ok?

I would definitely call the doctor. Better safe than sorry. Hope everything is ok. I know how scary it is to see blood when pg! Keep us informed.

Mine started off brown, then went to a nude color, back to brown and then one day bright red- Naturally I freaked out and went to the dr. just to put myself at ease and my little one was doing great...They actually told me on the phone that I could come in if it would make me feel better, but that unless the red was accompanied by cramping, they were not very concerned at all....The red was the last of it I had- totally went away after that (weird because you would have thought it would have been red than brown, but not the case)...So maybe this is the end of it for you as well...Since it is the week-end coming up, you might want to give them a call, just to be at ease !

I called the doctor and they said I could come in if I wanted but that spotting changes are normal. Like everyone said, unless it is a crazy amount of blood or bad cramping, they said that is just the normal course for a hemorrhage like I have.
I decided not to go in and the spotting is now back to brown.
I hope I get the same luck as some other LIF preggos and it goes away around 12 weeks!

i had this and it totally dissapeared by 12 weeks...i actually didnt spot, they picked up the blood on the sonos each time...made me such a nervous wreck, but then one day..i went in for a sono at 11w5d and it was just "gone"
