SPR: Video Cameras, recommend yours/FLIP
With new baby on the way in 10 days, DH said today he'd like us to invest in a digital video camera to replace ours which is at least 5 years old.
What do you recommend?
What format is it in? (SD card, DVD, etc.)
How many megapixels?
Any other comments, etc?
Thank you!

Tell me about it....how long can you record for? What's the format? Price? Etc. Pros/cons. Thanks.
Lastly, can you record onto a DVD for a DVD player?

There are different ones you can get but mine can take up to an hour of video. Check out the website
Pros..
*It is TINY and can fit in your pocket. *I use it WAY more than I would a bigger video cam because I always have it with me. *It plugs right into the computer to charge and uplaod videos *No batteries *the editing software it comes with is super easy to use *great for capturing spur of the moment things *easy to upload to facebook, youtube etc *Inexpensive *VERY easy to use
Cons *Less features that a bigger videocamera (no flash etc)
