I have a new idea! Since we all know what our kids like and we are in a big park....why dont we bring food for our kids and just meet under the picnic area. I will post directions later but I think it will be less chaotic without so much food. KWIM. 
good idea.. that way no one has to worry.

I'm so glad that you organize these things. That's a great idea! 
That way, everyone knows that there will be food that DC likes and can eat, we won't have 20 juiceboxes per DC, but no salads, etc.

I think I'm still on. Unfortunately the 20th is Passover and the 3rd we're in Florida so we have to skip this one and make it to the next.

I think it would work best if we brought our own foods and let the kids mingle on the playground and in the picnic area.

We are going to try to make it - so leave us up there for now - but I might have family coming in just for the day and they won't know for sure until later this week and they have never seen DD so we want to see them if they come.

We are coming to LI for passover on Saturday, but DH doesn't want to sleep over at my parents...and it's so silly to take 2 cars. Sorry...I was looking foward to it
