"SPY" APP FOR KIDS SMARTPHONES and computers

I use the term loosely.

I will be giving my nephew a new cell phone soon. He has Aspergers and will be attending college (yeah).

It is going to come to me to financially support him.

Short background.
Where he is living now (with my Aunt and Uncle, his great aunt and uncle) they don't allow him to use the computer in the house and they took away his iPad. He was caught over a year ago sending d1ck pix.

He is fully functioning and will be able to work, drive, live on his own. But right now he has little exposure to computers. He also has not really owned or used an apple products in 2 years -ish.

I know I cant prevent him from looking at p0rn, but I want to monitor what is going on with him. Frankly he does NOT grasp that a girl might say she is 18 but she is really 14 and say things that will get him arrested, KWIM?

So I want to monitor his phone and his laptop when he gets them.

Any suggestions on software and apps to keep him safe and help me monitor?

(FYI - my brothers are going to make sure that if there is any issues about sex, being inappropriate etc it comes from them. I am going to make sure this kid gets the fear of almighty god put into him about what consent is, legal age, what NOT to do, etc etc.)

On kindle there is a way to monitor a profile but I am not sure what it entails.
