SRL camera owners - Let's talk camera bags
Where did you get yours?
I want to buy one that can fit the camera with the lense on.
I have a Nikon D40x with the 18-55mm lense but will eventualy get the 18-200mm.

Re: SRL camera owners - Let's talk camera bags
I just went to Target and got a cute brown and pink mini backpack. It fits the camera with the lens on, and all its extra gadgets. It was $15..a lot cheaper than the fancy camera bags, and a lot cute too!
edited to say that I have the same camera

Re: SRL camera owners - Let's talk camera bags
My Nikon D50 came with a camera bag, so I'm no help! It hold my camera with lens on and two additional lenses, plus the battery charger and other stuff. Kind if like this, but mine is Nikon:
I actually think I want something a tad bigger now, like this:
I just want to see it in person to make sure it's not huge like a backpack is.

When I'm only carryign one lens, I have a smaller lowepro, with a cool waterproof cover thing.
When I'm taking both lenses, I have a alrge tamrac with a lensbidge and straps for a tripod, etc. It holds EVERYTHING

Re: SRL camera owners - Let's talk camera bags
It was $25 at Circuit City. I have the D40x body, 18-135 lens, UV filter and a polarizer on most of the time, and that bag is a tight squeeze. I felt like I was pushing the camera in too much.
I bought this one on sale for $7 right before Christmas (usually $58). A much better fit.

Re: SRL camera owners - Let's talk camera bags
I bought my bag on Ebay. We have quite a few lenses as well as the Canon SLR. We also travel a lot so we wanted something sturdy. We bought a Tenba bag, professional grade camera bag. Our cheapy bag broke after a few trips.
