Re: SSRI"s
Lexapro 20 mg. for major anxiety/panic attacks. At first the side effects were crazy...night sweats...teeth clenching...loss of appetite...dizzy....but after a week or so, I felt much better and my panic attacks stopped. I did however gain weight, I eat more now though, so that could be why. It did help me a lot though. Any other questions FM me.

Re: SSRI"s
My SIL (not nrthshgrl, my DH's sister) is on Lexapro and says half her job is on it. They all seem to really love it. As far as side effects regarding fertility or whether its safe to be pregnant on it, I'm not entirely sure of...but I'm pretty sure that one of her friends at her job was pregnant and taking it.

Re: SSRI"s
Laura-did you ever read Dr. Beer's stuff on seratonin? Obviously you have every reason to be sad-but there is also a link between RPL and low seratonin...its possible the SSRI's can help...GL!
