SSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOO annoyed . . . .
Very silly reason, and it is my fault partly for not reading.
I was on the message boards and someone posted that they tried Hood's Calorie Countdown FF dairy bevarage (it is a milk replacement that is 45 calories per cup.) She said that 3 WW leaders told her that using it in her WW smoothies would give her 2 dairy servings and would only be two points for the smoothie. FINE. GREAT. SOUNDS WONDERFUL.
I find it, I buy it for $4.19 and use it. Worked out fine in the WW smoothie UNTIL I READ THE FINE PRINT
*One cup of this beverage is equal to 1/2 FF milk exchange.
SO, it is NOT TRUE that 1 cup of this is a full dairy serving!
LESSONS LEARNED:
1) READ THE FINE PRINT 2) JUST because they are WW leaders does not mean they know EVERYTHING
TY, Vent Over

So it's only 1.5 if they would even calculate it like that...
You're better off sticking with 1% milk!
ETA: What does it say in the Nutritional Info about % of Calcium? Is it 25% or greater?

If it's 30% calcium for 1 cup...it's consider a full dairy serving in WW land. So they are right then....it's 2 full servings. One for the milk and one for the WW smoothie mix.
ETS: 1 cup

Re: SSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOO annoyed . . . .
It's 30% calcium for 1 full cup, not in half a cup

I got it at Best Yet, but they supposedly sell it at Stop and Shop (mine was out), A&P, and Shop Rite:

Right (corrected above)....so according to the NI you posted it's 1 pt per cup. 1 cup has 30% calcium...that's 1 dairy serving. PLUS the WW Smoothie mix has 1 full dairy serving...so 2pt, 2 dairy servings!
I'm going to have to run out and get this stuff!
