St Maarten
Has anyone been recently? Planning a trip in July for DH birthday. Any recommendations on hotel and restaurants?

St Maarten
Divi Little Bay Beach Resort is nice, and newly redone after the hurricane wiped it out. We spent the day there on our Disney Cruise excursion. The water is gorgeous, the beach wasn't busy at all, and they had rentals, floats, tubes, boat rides, snorkeling, etc. There is an awesome talking Parrot that hangs out there! My kids LOVED him. I would totally go back there for a vacation though. Loved it!
St. Maarten itself is still pretty run down from the hurricane though. Or at least it was back in August when we went. Our taxi drivers said they are having a hard time recovering. The French side might be better though. We were on the Dutch side.
