staffing agencies
Dh applied online through careerbuilder for a job. He got a response and called and the number was for a staffing agency (benchmark). He is going to meet with them tomorrow but is looking for full time permanent work- definitely not temporary. Do these staffing agencies place in positions other than temp? Anyone have experience with this?

The last two jobs that I have had has been through a staffing agency....and they were all full-time perm.

I did get two really good jobs through agencies, including this one. WHat field is he in? I only ask because certian agencies cater to specific industries.

i've gotten quite a few jobs through staffing agencies. The good ones get you hired. Full time perm always for me. In fact, they negotiated $$ for me as well.
