Star Application Question
I need to change my address on my license before I can send in my application but do I need to wait until I receive the new license in the mail or can I send in a copy of the temporary card they give you that day?

temporary card is fine. That's what I did. Make a copy of the picture ID from your old license, and then a copy of the new temporary license.

Dh and I both have to send a copy right? Or is just one ok..... both of us going to DMV is going to be a royal PIA

no, both of you have to submit copies of your licenses. If the house is in both of your names, that is.
Both of you don't have to go to the DMV - just one of you with all the necessary paperwork already filled out, since you can do it thru the mail instead.
