started my jennie garth workout video today
I did this video before my sister got married in 1995 and i lost a lot of weight from it.I just started it up again today and i'm going to do it everyday (m-f)and on sat, sun, walk the track at Rockypoint high school... Wish me luck because Now i'm going to get really strict and serious about exercising more!! I've been really frustrated about my weight and annoyed with myself because i really let myself go again!!
