starting a business... where to start???
SO has, what we both think, is a good idea for a small business... but neither of us has any idea of where to start.
not too far from where i live, there is a large hispanic community. he noticed that there is a food service that's "missing". it would end up being like a "lunch truck" setup.
how would one start something like this???
any tips, ideas, thoughts are welcome

I'd start with looking at the resources that the Small Business Administration has. Lots of good links, etc.

you should also look into getting a food license b/c he will probably need some sort of handling permit.

Oh my friend has one of these on LI. I think it's like the families business but she kinda runs it. I think she makes pretty good money too!
