starting progesterone supps on monday - some TMI questions
what should i expect??
i dont have brand name ones - they are just weird white things that came with no instructions  
i know i have to, umm, shove them up there... but like umm... like how do i know if its in correctly?? what does it feel like?
i already bought pantyliners - i am aware these things are messy
im not looking forward to this but if it helps me get pregnant im all for it...

Does it come with the white sticks to insert them?? If so, you just shove the stick all the way in (I guess like a tampon) for as far as it goes (sorry for the TMI). LOL
Can't really go wrong......it will dissolve on its own. Pantiliners are key! Some days are messier than others.....have no idea why???? You will also feel it leak out.....sorry again....TMI but want to prepare ya.

thanks those are the things that i did want to know about..
i didnt come with an applicator, its like a big pill container filled with white things that look like ear plugs...
can i go to the gym with it in?? if its drippy??

Mine didn't come with an applicator, so I use one from Monistat that I had at home. I am glad to use it because I was afraid I wouldn't get it up enough. You will definitely leak - don't be alarmed - sometimes it feels like AF! Ugh! GL

Oh you can Definitely go to the gym. They don't leak that bad..... And it comes in spurts. And with the pantiliner on, it catches whatever little comes out, totally OK! You will see!

I did not have anything to insert with, nor do I use anything. I use my finger.
I make sure I wash my hands thoroughly before (AND after) I do it.
The nurse (after ET) told me to just insert it as far as I could.
As PPs have said, pantyliners are key- and no gushing, more like security. Some days are less leaky than others.

Mine was in a white tube put it in as far as itgoes and squeeze. I have to do it once a day....I do it at night.

Ditto!
Mine didn't come with an applicator either, so I just used my finger too. 
I would definitely recommend panty liners. You will definitely have some leakage, but nothing major.
Oh the joys of TTC!

They do dissolve and pretty quickly. When I was pregnant with my son, I would insert it in the morning before I went to shower. I would insert it, lie in bed for about 15 minutes and then get up. I would do a similar routine at night, put it in right before I went to bed.
BTW, you won't be able to "take it out". Once it is in and starts to dissolve, you won't even know it is there, except for the occasional leaking. It really isn't that bad.

well i did it this mornig.. not nearly as bad asn i anticpated. the leakage isnt so bad either.. i mean i still wouldnt choose to do this if i didnt have to - but its def completely tolerable.
