Stationary Bike
We're thinking of buying a stationary bike for our house. We already have a treadmill and I go to kickboxing. What are your thoughts on the bike? Good / bad? will it help with weight loss?

my Dh and I have both lost weight using our bike..we have a diamondback and really like it..enjoy!
