Stealing each other's toys
How do you handle this? They're 9 months old, and I think it's too early for them to get the concept of sharing. If one sees the other with a toy, then they must have that toy and go to grab it out of the other's hand, and then the other gets frustrated and tug of war ensues, and no one's happy. any tips?

OMG this has been going on here too, my boys are also 9 months. It drives me crazy. Sometimes it's like there's only 1 toy in the house the way they fight over things.
One has started stockpiling toys in the corner - his secret stash? lol
And the other takes a shorter afternoon nap. I'm convinced it's because we wants alone time with the toys.

My boys are 9 months too and they seem to love to play tug awar over the same toy.
Most of the time i just let them and it is getting more even. They seem to enjoy it and they don't get the concept of sharing at all.
one twin knows how to keep things away from his brother when he wants to or teases him when he wants to

My twins are 2 and they still try and steal each others toys. The toy doesn't become interesting until the other one is playing with it. We are trying to teach the concept of sharing and sometimes they just have to "fight it out" (obviously not fighting per say but you know what I mean!) Thankfully DD is pretty easy going and just moves on to another toy most of the time.

My girls are almost 9 months, but 6.5 adjusted, so they are not as aware of it all yet.
In our case L just wants all the toys. She also moves better. So A struggles to finally pick up a toy, and L comes rolling over and snatch its gone. I'm always hoping it will give A the motivation to move more, but no, she is content on her back waiting for her sister to discard another one.

same! almost 2 yrs and still stealing and fighting over toys.
I took a few videos of the fights.  But I usually have to break it up... they are dirty fighters.
I tried teaching them to take turns. Now, all the do is yell "MY TURN" at eachother while fighting.

OMG the toy stealing! It either drives me insane or makes me laugh so hard depending on the day.
I am trying to teach them sharing. First Jack's turn, then your turn Avery. It usually ends up with someone grabbing the others shirt and tossing them to the ground

My twins just started this about 2 days ago. I was laughing the first few times, but my DS is a little wimpy and starts crying as soon as my DD steals the toy he is playing with, but I try to teach them to share, but they just don't know yet. My DS is learning and he just grabs it back and tries to hide it on the other side of him, so neither of them have it.

My girls started this today at 7 months old. They had about 10 toys around them and they both wanted the same block. It was funny but I know eventually it will cause one to sream.

My BOYS are pulling eachother's hair now! At 9 months!!!!!
Its not all Brandon's fault - George has sooo much its hard to resist
