Still don't have my meds...

So as you remember over 2 WEEKS ago, my drs office called in prescriptions for: lupron (14 day kit), gonal-f pens, and an ovidrel syringe.
I've been on the phone constantly w/ these people, getting the runaround every time. I keep being told that customer service person will call me back and they don't.... you know the drill. Chat Icon Chat Icon
Sunday the woman says how both the lupron and ovidrel paperwork "got sent back upstairs when it should be downstairs" and she was going to send it back down immediately and I should expect a call from her on Monday morning to let me know the status. Yeah, right.
So Monday comes and goes. Tues, I call again- now I'm told they're all ready to ship- and would I like to schedule a delivery date. I say yes, but first I'd like to know how much they're going to cost. She look and says Chat Icon "There's no copays listed for lupron or ovidrel- I wonder why". Chat Icon Again I'm promised I'll get a call back and AGAIN NOTHING! Chat Icon
Fast forward to yesterday... I call and now I'm furious. I give the woman (Rochelle) a piece of my mind and tell her how upset I am with her company and how I've never seen such poor customer service. Do you think she tries to fix things? NO- SHE's plain old nasty back to me--- and then she proceeds to tell me about a preauthorization needed from the dr. Chat Icon
So again, I explain to her that my dr sent this over 2 WEEKS ago and why are they just noticing this now?!?!?!? Chat Icon So I spent my afternoon on the phone w/ them and my dr's office- and supposedly my nurse took care of it yesterday- even she said this is the worst she's ever seen as far as mail order co's go..... so hopefully I'll get a call today w/ copays telling me it's ready to ship b/c I need it early next week and would prefer to have it earlier rather than later.
I said to the woman, "Yeah, because clearly I LOVE stabbing myself in the stomach for fun! Medically necessary? Are you kidding me???!??!? Of course it is or my dr. wouldn't have prescribed it!!!" What is wrong w/ people!!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
Your post makes me want to scream-these pharmacies/mail order co.'s know that these medications are important and yet they have such poor customer service. I can't stand it. I hope you get everything straightened out today.

I had a really hard time too the first time I ordered meds. I used Caremark..GRRRRRRR
If they give you a hard time, I have 2 ovidrel that I can't use now because the new Dr. wants something else. Let me know!
