STILL stuck in freakin' Tampa...

they delayed my 7 pm flight until 9:30pm, then moved it up until 8:10, boarded us, only to tell us JFK is not accepting any flights as of right that second and it will be another HOUR or SO until we leave. I am now back in the damn airport and really annoyed and tired.

Their is really bad weather in NY and NJ so that could be why their is the delay

Uch. Sucky! I was afraid that was going to happen to us, so I hopped on an earlier flight yesterday. I heard they started cancelling flights shortly after that.

Hang in there. Worst case scenario, book yourself a nice room, watch a movie and munch on some room service

New job is going good. My boss is so funny. He's in his own world. He's the controller and that man has no clue somedays. He's very laid back and I am very fast paced. We get along great and he pretty much lets me do what I have to do. Today was a big day for their customers so my boss was out of the office all day. I thought he was kidding when he said he always has his calculator in his pocket and he wasnt. He was giving a speach and pulled out of his pocket his calculator. I looked at him and said "OMG go away" and he looked at me as if to say "what doesnt everyone carry a calculator with them"

And just when I thought I was out they pull me back in. The old company had major layoffs, will be merging their staff over to this company and is also owned by this company. With all the layoffs and changes that happened they have no one to do their chargebacks so now I am doing my new company's chargebacks and the other company's chargebacks.

I do like it though and the days are just flying by

I was in TPA last Thur. when that hurricane was in BK. All the flights before me were cancelled and mine was the only flight that got out.. Have a safe flight!

My mom's flight to Charlotte was canceled...she was supposed to be here for my nephew's birthday tomorrow

My sis is flying in and she was supposed to have landed already and she got delayed too! Ugh Looks like we won't be home until closer to about 2pm ish
