stilling searching for a BBQ, anyone happen to have experience with nexgrill or charboil, or infrared burners?
do they make reputable products?
my DH is intrigued by the infrared burner ones and wondered if anyone has one.

I already owned a charbroil grill. I bought it 3 years ago and now I am giving it away for nothing on craigslist and spending the extra money for a quality product that will last a long time. I am buying a weber.

so charbroil is not worth buying?
right now we can't afford to get the best BBQ or one we really want. But we have none, so we'd like to get one we can at least be happy with and will last a decent amount of time.

We just bought a charbroil. My dad had a charbroil for 10 years and decided he wanted a new grill. he bought another one that was very expensive and he hates it. He says it's the biggest piece of sh!t he ever bought. I forget the brand though.

I have a Charbroil stainless one with a burner on the side from Lowes last year. It's works great and has held up nicely thus far.

I was searching too, and everything I read and everyone I talked to always recommended Weber.
I thought they were so expensive and was going to splurge on the Spirit 310 model for 399.99
but then Homedepot put last years 310 on sale a week or two ago for only 199.99.
I had to get up real early to get there, by the time I made it there around 9am, they only had two left.
Anyway, long story short, so far I love the Weber grill. Its sturdy, seems well built and hopefully will last awhile.

Same for us. We were determined to get a Webber! The burners are porcelain coated and last much longer. We got the same deal

We are on year 3 of our nextgrill and love it. Got it at costco.
