stimulating a 2 week old?
what can i do to stimulate her during the day? i'm desperately trying to keep her up longer during the day. She will sleep 6 hours w/o eating if i let her and the is up at night. Doc said she needs to eat every 3 hours...

I really don't think there is much you can do to keep her awak during the day. Newborns sleep alot.

I think DS slept 18-20 out of the 24 hours in the day when we brought him home. He would usually wake up to eat every 4 or 5 hours.

my dd was two weeks yesterday too
Honestly not much to keep them up besides changing her diaper frequently, maybe a sponge bath at least once a day. I am in the same boat last night she was up every two hours pigging out!
She pooped 6 times between midnight and 4 am...during the day she is sleeping beauty!
