Re: Stitch Fix.... ?
It just shipped. Everything is WAY over my price range, and there are two maxi dresses?? Isn't it almost past maxi dress season?? And they literally IGNORED my whole "request to stylist" note, which was detailed and extensive. Ughgggggg

Re: Stitch Fix.... ?
Had an AWFUL fix. Really looked like they just sent me whatever was laying around and $$$$$. Very summery stuff, and UGLY, and nothing like my requests, style profile or pinterest boards. Canceled future ones and sent a lengthy letter... no reply. I was a long time customer too - this was fix #13. I sort of expected them to say "give us one more chance and we'll waive your next $20 fee" but nothing. Oh well.
If you're interested, its the most recent 5 items on this board. I ended up keeping the leopard shirt (which WAS cute) even though it was overpriced b/c I didnt want to lose my fee. Pinterest Board SF

Kitty...I really like the (2) tops. But, seriously weird that they sent so many summer things.

Re: Stitch Fix.... ?
I kept the one top, but the other one (the black/white one) was too tight on my hips - I couldn't pull it down all the way... but why would I pay FULL PRICE for a summer shirt in september!?!? Ugggg. So sad. I really enjoyed it, but I'm not a sucker! (or maybe I am... I did buy the leopard shirt... but in the letter I said, "I hope you enjoy the money, b/c its the last you'll get from me")

Stitch Fix.... ?
I came on to post about my fix I received today and saw this thread so I decided to ask here.... Just got my second fix In the "colors you prefer to avoid" I put navy. I received a navy blouse and a dark blue dress (they call it tael but it's very close to navy). It also asked for the type of jeans I wear and I wrote mid and low waist and full length....they sent me a pair of high wasted cropped pants (which are a navy/black pattern). Aside from that I got a necklace and a summer-ish dress. Basically I hate it all. Should I complain and see if they will send me a fix at no cost? Any advice in how to word it? I don't plan on keeping any of the items but hate the thought of losing my $20

Re: Stitch Fix.... ?
Can't hurt to try but as I mentioned they didn't even extend me the courtesy of a reply to mine.

Stitch Fix.... ?
Hi! Sorry, im a little late here but I would write exactly what you wrote here. Also, do you have the same stylist all the time? They kept switching mine and I went OFF on them!! I have the same girl now (Laura) and she is starting to really get to know me. I've noticed that they pay a lot more attention to my Pinterest page so make sure to pin a lot of items that you like (in general, not just stitchfix clothes) so they can see your style and be specific in your note (for instance, I put that I like to wear leggings and long shirts so they sent me two longer sweaters, etc.). It takes a few times to get the right stylist but definitely keep making comments that you want the same girl when you do find the right one. My last fix was AWESOME! I was so happy and im certain it's only because of continually having LAURA instead of relying on their style system.

Re: Stitch Fix.... ?
I wrote to them and got no response until I called them out on their FB wall!! Now, allegedly, they're looking into it

Re: Stitch Fix.... ?
Update:
They refunded my previous styling fee and admitted it was off the mark AND they've credited me for a future styling fee so that I can give them one more chance at no cost to me. I'll do it, b/c its free so why not? Also, I think its good customer service skills that they've done this. AND the girl who messaged me said she'd style me herself, and will pay special attention to my requests and my pinterest. Fingers crossed!

That's awesome!! Jams, it doesn't hurt to write them. I did but at first they wouldn't do anything until I flat out told them that they should refund my styling fee. They only refunded me 10 bucks, but after this fix they are losing me as a customer for sure.
So I'm getting my fix on Monday. I specifically told them I want a military style jacket and a long cardigan. So they sent me both , but also a very summery looking tank top and a dress .
