Stomach Ache / Cramps for 2 nights in a row - WWYD?

I have had bad stomach pains / cramps in my lower abdomen for the past two nights in a row starting at 7pm lasting until I fall asleep. In the morning I usually feel better.

The pain is constant, and pretty bad (I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10). I don't know if I should call my Dr.? There isn't any bleeding, but how would I know if it's pre-term labor or something?

I had pretty bad IBS in college (I took bentyl for it) and the pain is very similar to that. Do you think it could be that acting up (I haven't had it in years) or could my ligaments stretching be that painful?

I am 15.5 weeks... WWYD? Should I call my Dr? Thank you for reading!!!!!

I would call the dr just for peace of mind, thats what they are there for, Im sure everything is Ok though

I would call the doctor for your own piece of mind. it might be stretching but i am not sure...

i always say if your not sure to call...

but i actually have IBS and i have more "attacks" now that i am pregnant then i ever had!!!! i get BAD stomach aches at least 2 times a week. its horrible and there is really nothing you can do to prevent it. i try to watch what i eat but its pretty much impossible to figure out why it happen so often now. i know that your whole digestive systems slows down while u r pregnant so i think maybe that makes it worse.

but it can never hurt to call just to make sure.

IBS can DEFENITELY flare up when pregnant!!!

Call you MD and see what they say.....

I've been having horrible gas pains at night lately that wake me up and keep me up so I can totally relate.....

I would def. call your ob. I am sure they are going to want you to come in to make sure they aren't contractions. I started getting strong feelings like that Sat. morning, they continued all day and night, and I finally went into the hospital on Sunday morning. They told me next time, do not wait that long
