Snob is a subjective term, yet the best way to describe the way some people act in certain instances.
I don't consider myself a true snob, like say, Paris Hilton, but I have my limits.

having particular tastes is not necessarily something someone "achieves" (although I suppose it could be.)
Everyone has particularities about something.
It's only the way others perceive it that garners a label.
I don't think I am a "snob". I do/say/eat/purchase what I like.
but sometimes I like things that are "better" than something else. and b/c of that, someone may perceive it as being "snobby". it's not meant to be. it's just the way I am.
I am not snobby when it comes to people. Only what I put in my mouth....and I guess that only pertains to some people (the lucky ones)
