Stove Top stuffing question?
ok, I am a cooking disaster & am making thanksgiving this year. I bought 2 boxes of stuffing. I understand the box directions but what else do I add to the stuffing to prepare it? I mean, the box only contains dried bread crumbs, right?

Re: Stove Top stuffing question?
the box contains dried bread crumbs and the flavor mixture. You just need to add the dried stuff to biling water and butter as it indicates on the box.
I would think if you wanted to add other things you would need to cook them before adding them to the stuffing because Stove Top stuffing is not really cooked, just re-hydrated

ITA with the PP's...I cut back on the water because I like a drier stuffins as opposed to mushy stuffing. I guess you could add more spices if you liked, but everything's already in there.
