Stretching feeling in belly when picking up things or moving a certain way

I'm 13 weeks pg second time around and I'm feeling all these weird tugging/stretching sensations in my belly that I never felt while I carried with my 1st.

I only feel it when I pick up DS who is 30lbs, get up from the couch quickly or move a certain way.

Could this be my uterus stretching? I had a C section with my first so I'm not sure if this is normal because of that. Has anyone felt this kind of feeling with their 2nd, 3rd or 4th?

It's making me worry a bit.

i haven't had a child before - but i can relate to the stretching feelings...

TMI here - but if i'm on the toilet, and stretch a certain way - maybe to grab TP or whatever...i may feel it...(this happened twice yesterday)..

when i'm laying in bed and i have to cough or sneeze - FORGET IT...that one HURTS....so i try to either sit up real quick or at least HOLD my belly...

I'm only on my first but got and get those feelings still at almost 18 weeks. They say every pg is different so your body could be looser inside than the first time around. I'd be careful with 30lb. DS as I've heard 20lbs is the magic number. Understandably you have to care for your child but try not to lift/carry as much and do more lap time.

Sometimes if I am sitting for a while or when I get out of bed in the morning, I get these pains if I stand up too fast.

Or if I twist in a weird way I feel the tugging.

I definitely think it's the round ligament pains..I get them too when I get out of bed, up from a chair too quick, etc...

I'm sure you're fine & its just round ligament pain, but I found out I had placenta previa this time around. I never felt the pain/uncomfortableness/pressure the first time. Thankfully it moved & now I rarely feel those pains.
