Strollers
I was in Babies R' Us today copouns in hand. There selction was VERY limited & the one we liked they didn't have any.
So, I ran over to Buy Buy Baby they had about 10 to choose from. I felt like I as going car shopping. I looked at the tandem ones but realized whoever was in front wouldn't be able to lie all the way back. That's not fair! Then I was sure I wanted the Peg Perego twin Aria. The woman (who I swear should be a car salesperson) just kept attempting to talk me out of it. I really love it. Then she mentioned that there is no wheel in the middle which will make it harder for me to push the older they get. Then she showed me this
but downed played it. She was pushing this one on me:
It is cool but it is also $550!!! I am so confused!!! I pretty much hate ALL of the straps on the strollers!! I am getting more & more confused!!
Mind you I bought their new carseats. I am not overly thrilled w/ them either. I have no clue what I was looking for but, I'm not seeming to find it! Why is thsi so hard!!

Re: Strollers
Babies R Us never has the Aria in stock. I remember when I looked at it, they didn't have it either and that was probably 6-7 months ago. I ended up with the Combi Twin Savvy. I really like it and it a little cheaper than the Aria. Only thing is that I had to order it online because they don't carry the double in the stores. I cannot figure out how to post a picture, but it is on the website if you want to take a look.

Re: Strollers
I can't even decide on a car seat for them.
I have the duoglider and even though one can't fully recline it has been good so far. I did see a women at Panera having a hard time get out the door with her side by side though.

Re: Strollers
The jogging type stroller is nice, but that is a little pricy. There are ones for $300 that are really nice at BRU.
I got the Duoglider for when they are bigger (the snap n go) for when they are infants. And i would like to get a jogging stroller too for when i want to go out running or walkign around the neighborhood. The duoglider was more for shopping.

Re: Strollers
The snap & go is my life saver. That's why at 8 months they are STILL in it!!

Re: Strollers
I have the duoglider, and so far its okay. When we want to recline the front one back further, we take the tray off the back. We also have a side by side (don't know who makes it right now) which is great too, but doesn't handle as well for me.
eta: another bad part of the duoglider is when the back is reclined you really can't get into the basket compartment.

Re: Strollers
Strollers are very tough! I am in love with the Peg Pergo Duette...I love that the seats can face one another. I don't love that it is $700 and it is also a lot heavier than the Aria. The Aria has a very short sunshade. My friends had to buy something to attach to the stroller to keep the sun out of the babies eyes. I am still not sure what I am registering for yet!
