Stuck on a Weight on WW
Prior to having 2 kids I was 130 lbs
AFTER two kids I was up to 165 lbs! and that is when I started WW
I am now 138 and I track and I work out but the scale hasnt really moved below 136
soooooo......
is this where I should be? How do I tell WW that this is my lifetime weight?

Re: Stuck on a Weight on WW
As long as its within your weight range. The question is: do you feel comfortable at that weight? If you do (and your body seems to)- I think it seems like a great goal!

Re: Stuck on a Weight on WW
Talk to your leader and see what he/she says. They should look up your healthy weight range, and as long as that number is in that range, you're good to go. Then you can start maintenance

Then talk to the leader at the next meeting you go to. Or even the receptionist. This way the can help you look at the chart and decide whether or not this is where you want to be. If it is, they also need to explain the maintenance process to you and note it in your materials so they'll know when you hit lifetime.
