Stupid Azz Cleaning Service

So, our cleaning service comes every other Friday and today was a scheduled day. I come home and immediately can tell the house had not been cleaned, they never came! So 10 minutes later I get a call from the owner asking how late they can come tonight... Um... it's freakin, 5:30, we have plans and you want to know if they can still come this evening??? They were swamped today because of their Jewish clients getting ready for Passover...I'M ONE OF THEM!!!

Monday begins Passover and I was relying a HUGE deal on the cleaning service to cut down on what I need to do to prepare my house. So he asks me about Sunday, but I need Sunday to prepare for the holiday, and dont' want them in my way. I'm pizzed off, because this happened Thanksgiving too. Not only did I have 25 people to cook for, overnight guests the night before, but I ended up having to clean for company too!

I'm getting my one more scheduled service in two weeks (he's not charging me) and then finding another cleaning service.
