Stupid pity party
It's not really a pity party, just feeling a little down. DH and I started watching Orange is the New Black last night. (I know we're late to the party). Anyway, there's a scene where Piper's mom visits her in jail and makes a comment about how she should have tried for kids previously because it's harder to conceive when you're in your late 30s.
I'd been doing fairly well with coping with the chemical and having to take a break while we save up, etc., but that just really set me off. I guess it was just the wrong comment at the wrong time.
I know it's silly, but thanks for letting me vent!

It's actually not silly.
There have been many shows where I just roll my eyes from things I don't want to see "or hear". Sometimes insensitive, Sometimes ignorant; or sometimes; just plain ol' stupid~!

Thanks! You ladies are the best!
Between that and those freaking Jessica Simpson commercials about how her body is wonderful because it made 2 perfect babies, I'm having a bit of a setback. Poor DH didn't know what to do last night. Poor guy!

That commercial sucks so hard.
It's not silly!!! I'm typically 99.99% fine emotionally these days (something snapped me back to myself about a month ago), but I watched HIMYM about 2 weeks ago, the episode that Lilly reveals she's preggo again, and even though I knew it was coming, I still teared up.

Omg yessss I hate that JS commercial they make me feel horrible! I have to change the channel when it comes on.

Uhhh don't feel silly. Sometimes the smallest things set me off. This whole process is emotionally draining. I hope things get better soon.

Thanks! So far, so good today. We were watching the show again last night, so DH deliberately skipped the episode where a few babies are born. He's learning! LOL
