Stupid question about frozen baby foods
How do you thaw them? (besides just in the fridge overnight)

I put them in the microwave on defrost.

I'm a nut ---
I prepare the pureed veggies with some BM, so I still thaw them in a bowl of warm water. I"m afraid to microwave any of my BM because I don't want to break down the antibodies.

dh and I really dont like to use the microwave in general so I thaw in frig or warm water I also use the bottle steamer thingy to warm to food now too

I always take it out the night before. I have 3 rubbermaids to seperate the meals. If I forgot, which I did the other day, then I thaw the whole container in hot water or put it in a saucepan on the stovetop. I feel like microwaving it is losing the nutrients, which is the whole reason I make his own food to begin with.
