stupid question chicken breast for soup
I want chicken soup tonight but only have chicken
breast, how should I cook it?

stupid question chicken breast for soup
I roast it in my oven and once cooled I shred it. Then add the shredded chicken to my soup.

assuming you have the broth already? i would either roast and shred or poach in the broth so that it gets extra chicken-y
