Stupid refinance question
I'm a bit confused - when you get to skip a payment, is that rolled into your closing costs or will you get nailed with it at some point? I'm trying to determine if I need to tuck aside the payment we skipped - for a potential future bill.
Thanks!

Re: Stupid refinance question
We closed on our house in June 2008. Our first mortgage payment wasn't due until August 1, 2008. So essentially with refinancing it's the same thing.
