substituting applesauce for oil
I want to make either a cake or cupcakes (decorated like a bunny) for Easter. Do I just substitute the exact same amount of applesauce for the oil you normally use? What about the eggs? I am just using a box mix for the batter.

It's a one to one ratio, so use the same exact amount of applesauce as you would for oil. You can either use the whole eggs, egg whites, or none at all.
