I did not spot but had cramps on and off throughout the 2ww. However, I am not sure if the cramps were due to implantation or b/c my ovaries were huge. I am currently 33w Chat Icon

Re: successful ivf' ers

Both times (with DS and with my current pregnancy), I had implantation cramping from the first day, about 6 or so hours after the transfer. Both times I went to acupuncture immediately after, which I think really helped (I've read it increases your chances by about 65%). The cramping lasted for about 10 days both times. I never had any spotting though.

ETA: both cycles were FET's so the cramping had nothing to do with enlarged ovaries.
