What were the most successful...
OPKs...brand and type? Musinex/Robitussin? Asprin? Pre-Seed? Basal Thermometers?

I would invest in the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It's very informative and tells you all you need to know about natural family planning.

I'm struggling through this book for some reason. it's so scientific. I also can't stand the pictures for some reason! i just want it to happen without it being so scientific!
but you are right - it's very informative and kind of amazing learning about things I had no clue about.

I found it the same way but once you get used to the info and get more familiar with it, etc you start to understand it better.
Unfortunately for me, it doesn't mean a darn thing since I don't ovulate on my own .. BUT .. I learned how to chart through reading that book and learned very quickly that I was NOT ovulating! (always gotta find a silver lining! ) So, I still found the book pretty helpful .. too bad I can't actually apply what I learned

I am very happy with the CBE digital OPK's. If you order form Amazon they are $26 as compared to $40 in the store.
