It is a number puzzle. They print them in some of the papers and I think they get progressively more difficult as the week goes on.

My husband loves this!!!! It's hard!!!
There was a puzzle in the magazine they give you on the airplane when we went to Florida a few weeks ago. He was hooked and bought a book when we got down there!

I usually start by taking the top three rows, (or or middle or bottom - or I do it by using the groups of three vertically) and seeing if there is at least one of each number in each row. I find this is the easiest way to fill in a few #s here and there and then eventually, I can fill in a whole 3x3 box, or one entire row of 1-9.

That's the same site I use--but I also bought a book for the train. Barnes & Noble had a whole table full of the when I was there this Saturday.

the one that i got from Target was only 14.99. i apologize, but its not electronic but batterized. it was located where all the handheld games are.
