Suffolk County Civil Service Exam
Does anyone know if they offer review materials for an upcoming test? My mother said maybe they have them at the library but I haven't check yet.
Also do you get a confirmation (besides that they took my money  ). It says one week before you are notified where the exam is, but they don't really confirm that you are accepted to take it beforehand?

Yes, there are test prep books that consist of questions from old exams. Not sure if they are available for all tests or not. Definitely check with your library. They are expensive to purchase.
No, you do not get any confirmation except your room assignment in the mail a few weeks before the test.
I've taken 2 so far and am signed up for another in November. Good luck!
