Suffolk South Shore Pediatrician recommendations
I'm not thrilled with my pediatrician, he's really nice and he takes time to talk with us about any questions but he's older(like I think he might retire soon), and for some reason only wants to see DS like every 2 months instead of every month. DS is 6 months. Then because we aren't there as regularly I feel like he tries to get in a bunch of shots at once and I really don't want the baby having more than one at a time. I'm in Sayville so anything around that area would be great.
Thanks!

I use Dr Eisenburg in Sayville Across from CVS. He is good, gittery but good. And as far as the visits, thats pretty normal all around. DS went for his 6mo, and now tomorrow for his 9mo.

How long are the wait times once you are there. What hours do they have?

Im normally seen within 15 mins of getting there. One day I waited about a half hour, he had an emergency. They have a well/sick room. They have great hours, weekends and some sundays for sick visits. Got a call from the on call dr, 20 mins after I call the service.

We use him as well. He has 2 NP's that work with him as well. He is extremely thorough and the office staff is very nice. They will let you come in if you want, and will also give you advice over the phone if that is what you want. I just moved to the north shore and will continue to go there.
