suffolk tax assessment
Does anyone know how I can find out the house value used to calculate the taxes on the house we're lookig to buy in south amityville village?
I know nassau has the lookup website, but can't find anything for suffolk. I believe it's in the town of babylon.

Suffolks site wasnt updated the last time I looked...or you can only look up by Block and Lot #...I think the Town Of Babylon has a town property info site..as does the town of huntinton.

You can call the Town of Babylon and ask them directly. They are pretty helpful. I've done it already. Here is the link http://www.co.suffolk.ny.us/treas/receivers.html
