My DH is! I think there are about 30,000 people taking it
I heard 70,000 are taking it. 
The county made $7,000,000 off this test.
I also heard there was a "special review course" for the family members of SCPD. I know someone who was taking it.
Regardless, my DH and I will be there Saturday AM. All it takes is $100 and a dream.
