We usually do a sugar free cheese cake. Juniors has great ones - but you can get them around - they tend to taste better than sugar free cakes or cookies.

As a diabetic of 30 years, I always get suspicious of "sugar free" things. I saw a pack of cookies that had emblazoned across the package, "Sugar Free"...that had 16g of carbohydrates per serving. To a diabetic, it's basically the same thing. The cake may not have "sugar", but it could still have plenty of forms of carbohydrates that will raise blood sugar levels.
Just something to keep in mind.

thanks for the info. I figure its 1 day 1 piece and kinda harmless since its in moderation. Funny thing, I called up cold stone about upgrade free ice cream, they told me they can do it and add strawberrys, blueberries and other fruit. That's when I knew I was doomed...lol
