Suggestions for block party food!
I'm having a block party and I'm sick of serving the same things!! Any suggestions?

Recently we had pasta, eggplant parmigiana, sausage and peppers, pasta salad, hot dogs, hamburgers, ribs.

Maybe a theme for the block party food will give you different ideas?
I think a good BBQ theme will bring about different items...Pulled pork, ribs, corn casserole, biscuits, brisket, sausage, fried chicken, black eyed pea salad...

We did:
On the grill:
Hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken (different pieces with different marinades)
Sausage
Sides:
Pasta Salad with mixed veggies
Rice salad with beans
Roasted Red peppers
Sauted pepers & onions with rolls for the Sausage
Potato salad with Olive oil, red onions & celery
Corn
String bean salad
Dh's Famous Dirty water Dogs in the Crock Pot
At the beginning, I had dips & chips/crackers & some frozen apps I heated up from Costcos.

London broil
grilled chicken
sausage and peppers
penne a la vodka
that is my typical menu every year
all are easy!
