Suggestions for New Hairstyle/Color w/ pic included

I'm going on vacation in a few weeks and I think it's time for a new hairstyle/color. I used to highlight my hair all the time, but stopped about a year ago, so this is my natural color and I always had the same hairstyle pretty much all my life. I want to do something different, not too short, nothing to extreme, but definitely something different where people can actually notice a change. Any Suggestions? TIA

Wow, your hair is beautiful! I wouldn't cut it short at all either. Would you go back to highlights? Maybe a shorter bang and long layers?

I like your hair long. What about some layers and a side sweep bang?

for color... maybe some low lights, natural looking that will add depth?

If I'm brave I will do a side swept bang, but I hate bangs on me. I will probably do some low lights. I'm thinking to do something like Jennifer Aniston's Color.

LOL!!! I just noticed my date is off on the camera. I just took that picture last spring.
