Summer handheld monitor
I have only had my monitor for a short time now, but I cannot get it to hold a charge. I have it plugged in all night (even though its on, I still have it plugged in) But it is not holding a charge. Of course, I dont have the box or the receipt. Is there anything I can do? THanks!

Call the company. My adapter plug stopped working, it wouldn't charge anymore. The wire was faulty or something.
I called them and they sent me a new no questions asked.

I have the SAME problem. you should call them since its new. Mine is a few months old, I was just going to buy a new battery for it.

Mine needs a new battery too and its 3 years old, I have to keep it plugged in to see the video part.

This happened to me twice! I finally returned it and got just an audio monitor but now I wish I still had the video.

Not sure if you know this but the screen will only stay on full time when it's plugged it.
When it's not plugged in - the screen goes black - to save the battery.
Not sure if that's what's happening to you - or if yours just shuts off when not plugged in.
