I just looked at the Recreation Guide for 2009 but I dont see anything for toddlers in the summer 
You are right, they don't unfortunately. You are not in Brookhaven though, so you couldn't sign up anyway.

Honestly, I am stocking my yard this year with lots of fun stuff, i plan on having a few LIF GTG's if anyone is interested....I have a boubce house, little pool, splash table, ball pit, swing set...cant wait!!!!
Ill do my home one day, we have a pool, swing set and I can put on the sprinklers
