Summer Slow Cooker Recipes?
I havent had my slow cooker for long and for some reason always thougt of using it more in the winter.
Does anyone have recipes for when its hot and I don't want to use the oven?

I made the Skinny Taste Barbacoa Beef in my slow cooker. It came out really yummy. We had it over rice with the corn salad from her site. We also had it in wraps twice and I used the rest as a filling for empanadas.
