Sunburn Remedies
what are some good sunburn remedies? just got back from phoenix yesterday (went from laying out by the pool to a blizzard but anyway...). im an absolute idiot and didnt realize just how strong the sun was so i have the WORST sunburn. im so embarrassed and in so much pain!

Aloe and a couple of advil. Also, soak in an oatmeal bath if you can - it will help with the sting.

Honestly?
Fill your tub with luke warm water, and throw a bottle of white vinegar in it. It stinks, but it takes the sting out.
I got a really bad burn in Cabo, and this helped big time.
Feel better!

on my HM in Hawaii, I got a horrible sun burn 1/2 way through the trip. I got this agreen goop, it has almost 100% aloe in it from Hawaian Sun. It worked really well. I am sorry you hurt, I would offer  , but I think it would make you  , so I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks! DH hugged me so tight when i got home and i almost did cry. and then he laughed his head off bc i have HUGE sunglass eyes  how stupid am i?!

If it is really bad, your doc can give you something called silverdene (sp?) it's for burns and works wonders.
