Sunscreen question...

What SPF do you think I should use in FLA??? I want to get some color, but I don't want to burn really bad. I got Caiden one with SPF 50, and I bought a Hawaiin Tropics one for myself, but the SPF is only 4!!! Chat Icon I didn't even know they sold one with an SPF that low. Being PG I didn't know how my skin would be. Normally, I would burn first/one time and then get an awesome tan. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Re: Sunscreen question...

I went to the beach over Mem. Day weekend and got a little burnt wearing SPF 30. Chat Icon I normally would never even burn in NY, only maybe in the tropics. So I would suggest starting with SPF 30 and then you can always go down.

Re: Sunscreen question...

I am going to Aruba in June. Doc told me nothing less than 30 (i am starting with 45 Chat Icon ). I normally use 15 or 8 so this will be a little weird for me! Chat Icon Chat Icon
Everything I have read explains that due to all the hormones, your skin is ultra sensitive tothe sun and heat. Also, make sure to keep hydrated when you are out and about, even twice what you would normally drink!
