Super healthy soup recipes
I absolutely love soup, and I can easily eat it or lunch and dinner. Does anyone have any healthy, low cal, low carb soup recipes?

There are actually a few versions of this. You can make it oriental, mexican garden etc. Just do a search for WW 0 point soup. Also check out Skinny Taste soups. I think she has a white chicken chili that is awesome and low points/carb

Turkey Taco Chili Soup
You can add as much or as little chicken broth depending on the thickness you want.

I love beans. I'm actually making a cannelini bean soup tomorrow. It's a MartHa Stewart recipe.If it comes out good, I'll let you all know. I figure I'll throw some pasta in it for the kids and leave it as is for me and DH.

I made this soup tonight and it was delish! DH said it was the best soup I ever made. The only thing I didn't have was fresh basil, so I used a little bit of dry. And I used tomatoes from a can instead of fresh. I also added a bit of pepper.
